All of a sudden I have a program that showed up called,
MSXML 4.0 SP2 Parser and SDK.
Anyone know what the heck this is? Have not installed any new programs and
have ran a virus check.

It's a Microsoft Software Development Kit for devoloping XML
applications/documents.

Not sure how it's come to be on your system if you haven't installed it, but
