Add/Remove List is empty

I have a system running XP SP2, recently rebuilt. I'm trying to remove a
software but now the Add/Remove Programs window is compleatlly empty. No
program is listed at all.

Any ideas?

Find the folder the software resides in, and see if it doesn't have an
uninstaller.
