Add radio station to Media Player

I have Windows XP. Is it possible to add a radio station to the group shown
in Windows Media Player. If so, can someone give me step-by-step
directions. Thanks.
 
Open Radio Tuner » type call sign in search box » search » click on station found » click add to my stations.
