We are on a Novell 5 and attach to a W2K for our E-Mail.
Last week, one morning, none of our users could log in.
We re-started the switch, and then login worked again.
Since then 3 of our users (all of whom are using W2K)
cannot print to their default printer. They can print to
other printers. When we try to use the "Add Printer"
wizard, the computer hangs, and when we try to choose
Properties, the computer hangs. We've looked all over for
a solution, found a few, including deleting printui.dll
from the WINNT directory, but they didn't work. 2 of the
users use an HP5 printer, and 1 uses an HP 4050. Any
suggestions would be much appreciated.
