add or remove

my sytem has been going slow and iwent to my add and
remove and it shows that i have 21 things that range from
window xp hotfix (sp1)
Q328310,Q329170,Q331953,810577,811493,Q309521,Q311967,Q313
450,Q314147,Q314862,Q315403,Q318138,Q323172,Q324096,Q32438
0,Q326830,Q329048,Q329390,Q329441,Q329834, and windows
xp hotfix (sp2) (see Q329115 for more info)they are all
using 24.06 mbim just wondering if this would have
something to do with it running slow. I appreciate

Hi Kelli
They shouldn't cause your machine to run slowly. Though there was a problem
when the first version of Q811493 was released few months back where it
could cause the machine to react slowly, if you were using certain antivirus
programs. When did you install 811493?
Have you run the disk defragmenter tool on your machine very recently?
(Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Defragmenter). If
you haven't give it a try.
