Add or Remove Software

What happened to the icon for "Add/Remove Software" in the
control panel after my last windows update? It is not
there anymore.

The "Add or Remove Programs" icon is still in COntrol Panel here, and
my updates are current.

Hi,

Don't know, there is no update that would remove it. See if appwiz.cpl
exists in the \Windows\system32 folder. If it's missing, we can expand a new
one. If not, see if you accidentally hid it with TweakUI.

information -- that Jim's experience with the icon is not a normal or
typical effect of the last windows update.
