Add or Edit

In Access 2003 I have a input form that users enter their data. This is
linked to my switchboard as "Add a Record". I also would like to add on my
switchboard "Review Records" which would look exactly like my input form but
already has their records in it so they can click through them and if need be
add a record at the end. Thanking you in advance.

From the Menu "Tools/Database Utilities/Switchboard Manager"
Edit a switch board page and add a new command to open the form in "Edit Mode"
and It will list the records

Hi Ken:

Thanks, I do have two commands in my switchboard manager, one is

Finance Records Input New Record
Open Form in Add Mode
frminput

Finance Records Review Records
Open Form in Edit Mode
frminput

They both open the same form but neither contains any records. Thanks.
