Add Notes text to handout master

Hi Richard

You can print notes pages, send the slides & notes to Word or use Bill
Dilworth's 'slide to word' add-in. Will any of these achieve what you need
to do? If not, can you tell us in a bit more detail what you want, and be
sure to include your version.

Hi Lucy,

what I want to do is printing 2 ppt slides on one physical page, but have
the possibility to add a notes text like headline, little graph, further
descriptions on the right side of the page. The end result would be a
handbook, graphically more appealing then just the notes pages or handout
format.

I can do what I want by just modifiying the notes format in ppt, but I
struggle to get more then one ppt page on the print out. So i though it might
be easier to use the handout master. In the handoutmaster there is a standard
format to display 3 slides with some lines in the right side of the ppt page.
this is pretty much waht I need but just 2 instead of 3 slides and possibilty
to add text in from of notes.

Would be terrific if you can help me here.

Thanks

Richard

Hi Richard

I don't think you're going to able to do this in PowerPoint - I would send
to Word and go from there. Actually, I would probably save the ppt as .jpg,
create a table in Word and add pictures of slides & text/graphs etc
individually - but that's because I like to be in complete control of what's
going on ;-)

Does that make sense?

Lucy
