add new user to file agent please

hey,
i want to add a new user and giive read and read & execute permission
to access a file .there are hundreds of file. i have to add different
uses for each file .can i do with C # or should i use script .
i dont know whether this is the right forum .please help me.

IMHO, I suggest that you post to the appropriate MS.public NG for the O/S(s)
concerned. They should have people there that have done this before that can
help you.
