Add new report to existing form

I have an existing form that was authored by someone else. I have
created a report and want to add a new button to this form to pull up
the new report.

 

[Guest]

select button from your toolbar, draw a button on the form where you want.
When the wizard pops up select report operations, then select preview report.

And you're done.
