"Add New Hardware" after reboot from software install???

I'm bumping into an odd issue that I can not find a good answer to
online. I just installed Zone Alarm Security Suite and after rebooting,
was presented with the "Add New Hardware" Wizard pointing to several of
the Security Suite installed objects for example, the "TrueVector
Internet Monitor".

I've called Zone Alarm and they do not have any history on this issue.
They suggested that something in the OS might be corrupted or there
might be a virus or trojan on my system. I've already done an virus and
trojan scan and nothing came up as a possible culprit.

Can anyone point me into the right direction to try to resolve this.

Thanks!

Your install of ZA is probably corrupt. True Vector is part of ZA. I would
uninstall ZA and then do a clean install of it again making sure that
nothing is running in the background. Example install it in Safe Mode

Thanks Peter. I'll give that a shot tonight and reply back to this
thread if this doesn't work.
