add new email address/all server types greyed out

After running a mail utility tool from my firm all server types are greyed
out (unavailable for selection) when "add a new email address" is selected. I
have tried reinstalling my office outlook 2003 (11.5608.5703) but server
types are still disabled. How do I reactivate the server type options?

Hi,

Try the following steps.

Back-up the registry before deleting the keys.
Delete the following registry keys from the computer.

Goto Start-> Run-> regedit

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Options

- And delete the following DWORDs - DisableHTTP, DisablePOP3,
DisableExchange,
DisableIMAP, DisableOtherTypes for which the value is set to 1
