Add new DNS and add to preferred DNS server on client machine

I have more than 300 machines that they are in wrong DNS server, how can I
add new one to Preferred DNS server on TCPIP properties, current each machine
have 206.117.120.66
206.117.120.68
as their DNS server, I need to add new 206.117.118.77 on TCPIP properties,
but it need to be preferred DNS server as below
206.117.118.77
206.117.120.66
206.117.120.68

Well - first question: with 300 PCs, are you not using Active Directory? If
so, you shouldn't have public IP addresses in their IP configs at all.
Second question: with 300 PCs, are you not using DHCP servers?
