Add-Ins not working in outlook 2003

May be in wrong group - would appreciate knowing. My add-ins in Outlook 2003
do not work. I had a spam program listed and it disappeared. When I went to
reinstall and add in to the COM,k nothing happened. I also have problems
finding links and perhaps this has something to do with it.
Any help would be appreciated!
