Add info to all fields in Outlook2007?

How do I customize the contact info input/edit form to show me other fields I
keep track of? (Outlook 2007 Beta2). I have spent time making/importanting
other fields in Oulook data. Double clicking on a needed table entry brings
me to the too-limited entry form.

I need to be able to enter and maintain category data.

When you have the form open, click the office button, then editor
options. Check "Show developer tab" in personalize. Click OK and take a
look at the Developer tab. Do you find what you are looking for there?
