Add-in that will delete message with specific attachment name

Does anyone know of a product that will run on Outlook 2000 and will
automatically delete a email message if it contains a particular attachment
name? For example if the attachment named alert.txt was sent have outlook
delete it upon receive.

Hi Larry, I am not aware of such an Outlook Addin but as most of our addin
developments come from customer requirements, we would be happy to develop
one for your use if you can not locate a solution.
