Add-in on Menu

Hello,
I have an add-in that I would like to share with people in my organization.
How do I get the add-in to show up on the menu so they just have to select
it and it runs?

Tell them to save the xla file somewhere on their local
drive. Then tell them Browse to that add-in (Tools,
Addins..., Browse) to add it to their list of add-ins.
