add-in is not working in MsWord but working in powerpoint

i have made an add-in in C# and its working fine in Outlook and Power point
but its not working in Msword and MsExcel....
certainly have no idea why...
Will you please guide me what to do ?

try one of the .vba newsgroups, the devs are lurking there.

They'll probably want to know what your Add-in does (what objects its
dealing with etc., for instance).
