Hello

I want to add an icon for a public folder:" \\Public
Folders\Favorites\Clients" to the toolbar so that I can access it quickly.
How to do that?

It worked fine, however, the shortcut opens a new instance of outlook.
Couldn't it be done within the same instance?

Thank you for your help
