"Add Hardware Control Panel" can not work

I have added the "Add Hardware Control Panel " to the configuration files. After the image booted, I can see "Add Hardware" icon appears on the control panel. But when I click the icon, it seems to can not implement. Why

If you have resolved all the component dependencies, it should work.
Try adding "Device Manager" component and see if it helps.

As a last resort you always have Regmon/FileMon tools to monitor what's missing.
