add graphic to interactive buttons

Is it possible to add a jpeg picture to an interactive button? If I roll
over a button I want a picture to come up. Is this possible?

You are wanting the button's image to change? Or are you wanting an image
to appear somewhere else on the page?

More like a pop up as a preview of images on the page. Just one image like
2x2 in size.

So you would apply an Open Browser Window to the interactive button to open
a page containing that image (I hope you meant 2inches x 2inches rather than
2pixels x 2pixels!).
