Add "Favorites" to Save As

Just upgraded to Office 2007. I'd like to add "Favorites" to the Save As
dialog box to quickly navigate to the folder I want to save to. I had this
in Excel 2003, but can't figure out how to do it with the new version.
 
In the Save As dialog box, navigate to the folder you want
Right click on the left panel and click on 'Add <your folder>'
