How to add to favorites in Excel 2007

In Excel 2002, to add a file or folder to favorites we selected
"File-Open-Tools-Add to Favorites".

How do I do this in Excel 2007?

I haven't found anything within the online help so far

Right click the favorites area on the left of the dialog after selecting a
folder to add to it.
