Add Control Panel to the desktop

Hi ... How can I add the Control Panel on my desktop ? Make a icon of
control panel , Thanks
 
Create a new shortcut, in the name type control.exe, next
then name it Control Panel.
 
Go to Start and drag the Control Panel to the desktop.
