Add Color to Outlook folders / Tasks

How do I get rid of everything 'gray' within my Outlook?
A few things I can put in color (activites for calendar),
but all in all I can't seem to make my email folders in
color and when I hit the tasks folder the 'categories'
are gray. I'd like them to be in my choice of color. Is
this possible?
 
No, you can't change the colors, except by changing the windows theme
settings.
