It really depends upon the type of frame or border that you would like. You
can use an imaging program if you want something fancy and edit the image
there to include a border.
You could also insert the plain image into a table in FrontPage..and set the
border width and color of that table to something.
Another way would be to right click on the picture in FrontPage choose
picture properties..and then set a border thickness there.
