Add appointment from an ASP Page

We have developped a web-based application to deal with our company meeting. By now, we keep all information on our database. We would like add these appointments in Outlook 2000. We use an vCalendar in an asp page but Outlook send us this message "Cannot import vCalendar file".
If we simply import the file there is no problem. I suppose it's a security issue but I don't know how to correct it. Any help will be usefull.
