Hi,

Every time I start in a new document in WORD 2002, the document starts without header section. It looks like the top margin of document is zero and document body starts from the edge. How I can fix the problem.

Thanks

Also, check that you are working in print layout view. Normal view only shows
you the body area of the page.
Press Alt + Ctrl + P to switch to print layout and Alt + Ctrl + N to use
normal view.

Sounds like you have "Hide White Space" turned on.

Place your mouse between the ruler and the top edge of the page (the
pointer will have arrows pointing up/dn), watch for the "Show White
Space" screen tip and click the left mouse button to turn it back on.
