Add Addresses Automactically and Delete

How can i make outlook add all the e-mails addresses automatically in
contacts i reply or for new recepients. I know outlook remembers all the
addresses i reply but there are not actually in the adress book contacts.

Secondly, how can i delete all the e-mail addresses that are not actually in
my contacts but outlook show them when i try to send e-mails to them. I know
this is because i have e-mailed or replied them before.

Thankx!

Windows mail > Options> Tools > Send
and select what you want.

Your Outlook version is in play and you neglected to post it. No full
versions of Outlook ever had the ability to add recipients automatically to
your Contacts Folder. Only the long abandoned IMO mode of
Outlook 98/2000 did that. To automatically add the email address of people
you respond to to your Contacts Folder requires code:
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/code/autoaddrecip.htm
http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/addauto.htm

Remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by highlighting
the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your arrow key to
migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of
the field. To clear the entire cache, follow the instructions here:
