Add a Web search text box to a FrontPage 2003 Web page

When I add a web search text box to my web page the results I get is a new
page saying "Service is not running".
Is there something that I'm missing?
 
Ask your web host if they are running Index Server and if they are have them
create a Catalog for your site.
