Add a new calendar for windows

Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know how can I create and add a new calendar for windows
XP, so I can use that calendar in office products, like MSP and
MSOutlook?

That's not really possible. The calendar control you see in those apps
uses the calendar control in the Common controls library. If anything, you
would have to replace that dll and the implementation of the calendar
control. This is most likely not possible. My assumption is that the
common controls dll is protected by windows, such that it will repair the
dll if you try and replace it.
