Do all of my domain controllers have to be the same IE;
Win 2000 or Win 2003, in order to implement Active
Directory. Or can I have a mix of Win 2000 and Win 2003
domain controllers.

Aaron,

All of your servers do not need to be Windows 2000 or Windows 2003 to
implement active directory. There are different modes that active
directory can be installed in. There are different articles that explain
this.
