Good morning!

Another way *might* be to install Terminal Services in Remote Administration
Mode on all of your DCs/Servers. This naturally is limited to two
concurrent connections. However, I really could not imagine not having TS
in RA mode on all of the Servers that I administer. Makes things really
quite nice as I can do a lot of things from home or another location where I
have Internet access.

The adminpak is a really good idea. It can even be deployed via GPO so that
your 'Admin group' will have this tool available no matter where they are
logging on..

Install AD AdminPak and unless needed DELETE all other
functions of the admin pak (IE. DHCP, DNS, WINS, the
whole nine yards).

Good point. There is a line that you can add that will install very
specific MMCs. However, they should not have access to any of the other
MMCs if they have simply been delegated control of passwords.
