AD Users and Computers slow to load

Issue: Active Directory Users and Computers application takes on average three minutes to load and display AD objects. I have searched the KB for any information but have not been able to find any information pertaining. I have tested this running it locally on all of the DC's in the domain and get the same average time before the application displays information. Any direction would be greatly appreciated.
 
Do you have any other issues with slow response from your DC's ? This could
be a DNS issue, so check, that DNS is ok and working. See that you have
reverselookup zone setup in your DNS and that you are pointing your servers
to the right DNS server. Maybe running dcdiag and netdiag on your DC's.
