AD Server & SSL Security Certificates

Does anyone happen to know how I can go about installing a 3rd party
security cert on an AD controller that doesn't have IIS installed? We use
this for our automatic account creation and deletion scripts since the Unix
box will only talk via SSL

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Start MMC, File, Add/Remove Snap-in/Add/Certificates/Add/My User Account (or
whatever the case may be)/Personal/Right Click Certificates/Import.
