AD replication between sites in different time zones

I want to create a site link between two sites that are
both in different time zones. If I modify the
replication schedule to only allow AD replication across
the site link to occur between a certain time frame, what
time zone will the replication occur based on?

I haven't been able to find much on this issue, but from
what I have been able to find, my understanding is that
replication will occur based on the authoratative time
server (the PDC emulator in the forest root).

Am I correct? If not, can anyone please set me straight?

Thanks.

Double check this, but I believe you are doing this in local
time on the particular server to which you are connected
while using Sites and Services -- you can connect to various
servers as you need. I believe the times are converted to
Universal Time internally so it comes out to UT without you
have to do the conversion.

The time zone is represented locally but maintainred using UTC.

To further understand, set the replication window to your desired
configuration ... change your local time zone and review the replication
window settings.
