AD migration tool

I followed the insturction on iseting up the AD migration
tool (version 2). All seems to go well, until I tell it
the sourse and destination domain. It tells me that
the "target domain is not native mode". I re-installe
dthe server to make sure it was native and not mixed
mode.

I am going to re-go through the instructions to make
sure I diodn't miss anything. ANy ideas would be
appretiated.

I figured out the problem....... I thought when
selecting rights for windows 2000 servers only during the
server install that that put it in native mode.... but
apparently not.

Now all works it seems
