AD migration order

when migrating to AD from the NT4 domain model what do
anyone think is the best course of action. To migrate a
resouce domain that contains nothing but machines or and
account domain. Keep in mind there are several of each.
Plus downtime is an issue.

I usually start with the Account domains.
