AD & DFS replication

I have 2 test servers with 2 lan boards (1st connect
servers to my lan and 2nd connect servers itself using
cross over cable).I need config replication between
servers using 2nd lan board.

It is possible ?

You can't specify which interface to use, but, from experience, FRS will use
both to replicate.
