AD Data Entry

We keep updated information on all the users' home addresses and phone
numbers in Active Directory. I would LOVE to push this off to the Word
Processing Department, by giving them access in AD only to modify the
Address and Phone number properties. I'm sure there's a way to do
this...can anyone point me in the right direction?

Use the Delegation of Control Wizard. (Right-click on the appropriate
domain or preferably OU). Create a custom task that will assign read/write
permissions to the appropriate fields to your WordProcessing security group.
Then create an MMC for this group and lock it down so that it will only load
the Active Directory Users & Computers snap-in.
