I'm running win2k AD, when I set my domain up initially I
was told not to use the same parent domain as my outside
website for example mycompany.com so I used mycompany.net
for my internal domain. All my users have email accounts
in the .com domain. Now that I've put in my first exchange
server they are all getting told that their email
addresses have changed to .net. This is also screwing up
my DNS as I had to have the .net mail exchanger pointed
towards my firewall, and is basically creating DNS
problems since I use an NAT IP address scheme. Is there
anything I can do, or do I have to go through each user
and delete the .net address from their user account.

Thanks,
Nate.

I would recommend popping over to the Exchange Newsgroups and chatting there on
this one...

Check the recippient policy on Your Exchange server. The e-mail adresses
are generated via this policy and the standard policy includes the
address of the local domain
