AD and DNS problem

We are using single-label DNS. Client cannot register it's name to DNS
server which is the DC and cannot find any object such as user,printer in
AD. What's the problem,how can I do? Any help is very appreciated.

I guess you are using Windows Server 2003 or Windows 2000 SP4.

Yes I have read this article but it does not work.
