Activities tab

When I send an e-Mail, Outlook keeps track of it on the Activities tab for
that contact. How do I keep track of INcoming e-Mails for that contact on
the Activities tab?

Right-click your Contacts folder, select Properties, and then the Activities
tab. Make sure the Inbox is in the list of folders that are searched when
you click the Activities tab in a contact record. (Note -- the Inbox may be
part of one of the groups listed; it may not be by itself in the list.)
