folders/type ActiveX and click search. In the listing
that you get, you'll see an entry called Shockwave
ActiveX Control. Rightclick it then click properties.
Click the Version tab and you'll have all the info. I'm
not sure but mine is Version 8.5, but I think 9.0 is
already out.
