Somehow my ActiveX software has gotten corrupted. Where
and how do I get a replacement for my Windows XP
Professional on my desktop PC. When I try to do a Windows
Update it gives me a error about enabling ActiveX.
Everywhere I checked its enables.

Hi,
did you try:-
Click Start and click Control Panel.
b. Double click the Internet Options icon.
c. Click the Security tab.
d. Click to hightlight the "Internet" zone and click the Custom Level
button.
e. You can set the ActiveX settings here
