ActiveX Error message

I keep getting the following message any time I try to open up a new message
in Windows Mail: "One or more ActiveX contols could not be displayed
because either 1. Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX
controls on this page or 2. You have blocked a publisher of one of the
controls." I don't know how to change the settings so this quits popping
up. Unless I made a change inadvertently, I did not change any of my
settings. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Try this:
Tools, Options, Security. Select the Internet zone.
