ActiveSync Contacts/ Outlook 2003

How can I use ActiveSync 3.7.1 to sync my contacts in
Outlook 2003. When I go to "Options" and "Contacts" and
click "Settings" it doesn't see the various contact
groups I've got set-up on WinXP in Outlook2003.

Contact groups? What do you mean by that? ActiveSync can sync only one
Contacts folder, the default one in the same store as your default Inbox.
