ActiveSync 4.1 causes crash

Hi,
Can anyone give some light as to why my PC crashes when I activesync my PPC
with WM5. This occurs when the device and the PC try to share data. I have XP
Pro SP2.

The kast crashinfo was

I've had 5 MW devices in the last month on two computers, and every one
of them has filed to work like the old PPC units did. The included HP AS
4.1 software would not even install on two machines, the downloaded
version crashed once, the other times I managed to get Outlook 2003 to
sync once and then when I did files it stopped working.

Oh, and the old PPC apps don't work on the WM edition units, at least
none of the apps we bought work without some vendor patch that they've
not all come out with yet.

Take the wm units back and get PPC units.
