Active X &plug-ins

Whenever I go to a web site I get this message
reading "Do you want to allow software such as Active x
controls and plug-ins to run" I click yes and the page
loads, It is just troublesum to click yes for evry web
site I look at, Is there anyway to fix this?

Never allow (click Yes) ActiveX on all websites you visit!
