Active X Component can create object

I'm not able to find any online help with this one.
I'm trying to create a new database in Access. No
matter what I do this same message pops up.
Any suggestions at this time would be greatly
appreciated.

You might want to post this to an Access or Database NewsGroup as this is
not the appropriate place for your question. This NewsGroup is for Win2000
Active Directory issues.
